Jennifer has been working for us for the past several months and has proven to a very reliable, punctual and cheerful worker.

I have had a few cleaning services now. Both private individuals and companies. Cowichan Valley Cleaning is by far the best. They come for weekly visits without fail. This week when I left my house at 5:45am I looked around and was embarrassed how it looked. I honestly was going to cancel so no one would see how bad it was. I went to work and time got away from me. As I drove home after picking my kids for daycare/OSC I remember, that I forgot to call. I felt terrible for the lady who would have to have seen the chaos. But when I got home, I walked through the door. And honestly cried. She had gone above and beyond. My house looked amazing. I can not tell people how much I love these ladies. My husband and I work FT in Victoria and have 3 kids. Our house is well lived in. I can honestly say I could not do it, with out the help of my cow valley family. Thank you ladies. You really don’t know how wonderful and appreciated you are.

I met Jennifer through her ad on Varage Sale, we were looking for someone professional and efficient to come do a deep clean of our floors and some other housekeeping requests. Jennifer was excellent at responding and communicating, was very flexible with her availability, and made our home looking amazing (and great smelling!).
The price is more than fair and she even left us some delicious chocolates! Very professional invoicing, easy to pay through interac e-transfer, Jennifer left a detailed description of what she had done and kept me informed via text of when she was close to finishing and locking up. It was such a great stress reliever to have someone come in and take such good care of our home, I am hoping to make this a bi-weekly arrangement.
